Thank You

We would like to Thank The Powers Family for the very special phone call this morning.  You presented us with a more then generous gift.  Our thoughts are with your family tonight, and always.

Today felt like the never ending day.  Mark did not sleep so well last night, and we were up early today.  The only thing we had to do today was dialysis.  We had Jess in for an early visit...she was lucky enough to go to part of dialysis with us.  We had a 2.5 hour treatment.  Mark had a hard time today, not feeling well through most of dialysis.  He was able to fall asleep for about an hour...but was miserable the rest of the time.  Mark was given the job at the dialysis clinic to help feed the fish today.  This was given to him to help keep his mind off of things.  So after his treatment and his job we were on our way back to our room.
When we made it back to the room my family was here to visit.  Mark's cousin Alex came to play.  I think this was good for both of the boys.  Mark had a friend to play with...that wasn't an adult.  Alex could see Mark in a much better condition then the last time he was here.  Alex was a little hesitant coming in for the visit.   He said "I don't want to see him like that."  Adam and Dee explained to Alex that Mark would be much better this time.
So they played...

Mark was also into the firefighter hat Jess brought him today!  So he played hard today and didn't want to go to bed tonight.  He is asleep...resting up for a new day!

All things good with the Doctors today.  We had a couple medication changes and additions.  The  number one issue was his seizure medication level came back low.  The are working rapidly to get that back to the norm.
